Although Sounds Dangerous Starring Drew Carey may not be open continuously in the Hollywood Studios, the ride/show is still one that loved by many. It’s a very unique type of show that involves mostly audio as most of the show is in complete darkness. After entering the studio you are told that you are part of a pilot show where you go undercover with a detective. Once you have your headphones on the fun begins. Once the “video feed goes out”, the audio comes into play in full force as you hear bees buzzing right behind your head and it even feels like someone is breathing down your neck! Watch out for the haircut as well as you may even think you’re getting one yourself. The audio feed from the show is showcased below, since most of it is in darkness there is little point in showing the video plus it’s nowhere to be found on YouTube!

Pixar’s logo Luxo Jr. is now staring in his own show at Disney World’s Hollywood Studios. In the new Pixar section of the park, Disney has made a living character of the famous bouncing lamp. You can watch him dance to the music and interact with his surroundings with differing shows both during the day and night. Muppet Vision 3D has found a home in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Now you may wonder why the Muppet’s have invaded Disney World but it’s the perfect fit and their show is really good! The pre-show kicks things off and sets the stage for the mayhem inside. The story unfolds as you enter the Muppet’s 3D lab where all things 3D are created. The trouble begins when a new creation fights back, recking havoc all over the lab. It’s somewhat of a sad story in the end as you learn that one Muppet feels left out, but in the natural Disney way it ends with a happy ending. The show is funny and features both 3D and live action. You won’t believe how the building even gets in on the fun as the end is one of the best 3D endings in Disney.

The Great Movie Ride has been featured before but I just uploaded my own version of it to YouTube in High Quality form! The Great Movie Ride is located in Disney World’s Hollywood Studios and used to be the focal point of the entrance. You enter the ride by watching classic movies, one of the best queues of any part of the four parks. As you jump into the seat your “director” is your tour guide and things get rolling! The ride is full of classic scenes from your favorites movies and you get to be part of them as well! The live action during the show is fun and if its your first time riding/watching you’ll be a little shocked I’m sure! So watch the high quality version below and enjoy The Great Movie Ride!

Walt Disney’s Hollywood Studios contains a Broadway rendition of Beauty & The Beast. Here you can see the show performed live, for free! It’s very well put together, very entertaining and takes you through the entire story of Beauty and the Beast, live on stage. You will see your favorite characters from the movie come to life, singing dancing and even transforming back into humans. A trip to Disney World is not complete without seeing the great show in the studio and it gets better each and every time. There are several surprises throughout the show and each is a little different, giving a fresh perspective each and every time. Rock N’ Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith is one of the fastest rides in all four parks and the only to take you upside down. Located next to the Tower of Terror in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the experience begins before even entering the coaster seats. As you wind through “G-Force Records” you feel like you are entering a real life music studio and get the shock of your life when Aerosmith stands “right in front of you”. It’s really a huge TV screen built into a studio but it sure is realistic! After getting whisked away to their gig, Steven Tyler announces that everyone in the studio gets a backstage pass to the concert. Only problem is its across town, traffic is crazy and you need a super stretch limo to get there! That’s where the coaster comes in. Once you are locked into the seat the “super stretch limo” rockets over 60 miles an hour. Sending you upside and speeding “across town” all in the dark while classic Aerosmith sounds are blasted into the seats. It’s one amazing experience and I know, from first hand experience, that the front seat really is the best seat on this wild ride!
